For Middle School Students (Grades 6–8)
PLUG introduces young teens to the world of leadership through fun, hands-on experiences that build confidence, communication, and community awareness.
PLUG participants will:
- Learn leadership basics
- Practice teamwork and decision-making
- Engage in community service
- Discover their voice and potential
YDP (Youth Directors Program)
For High School Students (Grades 9–12)
YDP is a youth-led leadership program where teens take charge—planning events, managing projects, and making real decisions that impact their peers and communities.
YDP participants are eligible for:
- Scholarships and state recognition through Florida PAL
- Annual youth conferences
- Leadership roles and resume-building experiences
- A platform to lead, serve, and succeed
