Fort Myers PAL Boxing Academy
Your child will learn the basic skills of boxing for beginner,s which includes discipline and proper nutrition. Your child will learn the boxer's stance, the jab, the cross, the hook, and the uppercut punches. Your child will successfully employ skilled footwork and punches together in close synchronization.
